SAP basis operation
Reliable operation of SAP systems. The Kontron operations team responsible for operating and hosting SAP environments specialises in the professional and highly available operation of SAP environments. The systems can be hosted in Kontron's own Tier 3 Plus class data center, in the public cloud (Azure) or locally. As a SAP partner for many years, Kontron has been been awarded the status "Excellent" as an "SAP Certified Provider in SAP HANA Operations".
Expert in S/4HANA migrations. With extensive project experience in S/4HANA, Kontron ensures a successful and smooth migration to the new platform. Preparatory activities such as Unicode migrations and EhP imports are just as much a part of the scope of services as professional consulting in the run-up to a migration.
SAP Solution Manager. In addition, Kontron operates SAP Solution Manager as a managed service to enable the convenient optimisation of SAP system landscapes.
Application management and consulting
Kontron is the first point of contact for key users and in-house SAP teams for customers in the area of applications operation. Support during ongoing operations is provided within the framework of previously defined service level agreements (SLAs).
Its core competencies include services in the new SAP S/4HANA Cloud solution environment: Kontron has certified solution consultants in the areas of finance, controlling, sales and procurement, among others. Kontron is currently the only company in Austria to offer the capability of not only implementing and operating SAP's Cloud ERP range, but also to expand it flexibly.
SAP S/4HANA Cloud
As one of the first partners in Austria, Kontron has extensive know-how on the roll out of "next-generation ERP suite" SAP S/4HANA Cloud. The intelligent ERP business suite in the cloud features an intuitive and user-friendly interface and, above all, close integration of core business management processes.
